1. Can I book my own flights?

• Our package is land only, so, yes,, you can book your own flights. However, if you require support or require us to book your flights, we can help with the same as well

• What if my visa gets rejected?
   
• While we provide thorough visa documentation and support, the decision of granting the visa rests with the embassy. We will do our best to get you a reduction in cost wherever possible, however the deposit of 30% on your land package is non-refundable.

        Can I travel solo?

• Solo travellers are welcome and the cost is showcased in the pricing as Single sharing basis, meaning you will have a room all to yourself.

       What about food? Can I get Indian meals?

• Breakfast is included as a part of your package starting from Day 2. Breakfast available at the hotel is usually only continental and there might not be any Vegetarian dishes available apart from Fruits, Bread, Cereals, Milk & Salads.
• For lunches, the coach will stop at locations where there are dining options. A La Carte meals will allow you the option to choose what you want to eat at the same time it is more time effective, cost effective and allows you the option to explore other options.
• For Dinner, the meal would be arranged in an Indian/Pakistani/Nepali restaurant, which would have Indian meal items/vegetarian options available. Dinner might be Buffet or set menu, depending on group size and location.
• Please note: In Japan, Naan bread usually have eggs in their ingredient. However, Tandoori Roti does not contain egg
   

1. I want to add a few additional activities - how and when can I do it?

The currently itinerary is busy and you cant add any activities to it. If you wish then you can book extra nights at the start and end of the trip in Tokyo & Osaka - our team can help you with the cost and add on activities

1. Is there a guide with us on the trip?

We have a local English speaking guide on the trip if the group size is 6 Pax & more. In case the group size is less than 6 Pax, then the tour will have a Driver-cum guide.
 

1. What is the size of the bus? Who are my co-travelers
   The bus would be a 25-28 seater mini bus or 45 seater bus, depending on the size of the group. However, we have an option to upgrade (at an additional cost) to a smaller group, with Toyota Hiace vehicle (8-9 pax in the vehicle only)
    
2. Do I get a fixed seat on the vehicle?
   You can pick a seat each day depending on first come first serve basis. There are no fixed seats on the bus.

1.  Are there any restrictions on the private airport transfers?

• Airport transfers in Tokyo is provided from Haneda Airport only
• Transfers from Narita airport would attract extra charge of INR 4,000 per person
• Airport transfers will be provided only if there are min. of 2 person travelling
• Airport transfers are valid only for flight landing during normal working hours (7 AM – 6 PM). Any other timing would attract a surcharge
• Airport Pickup waiting time would be 1 hour from the flight landing time
